Miles Property Management was founded in 1984 by Brian Miles FRICS, FASI, FCIOB, who has had over 40 years experience in the property industry and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has extensive knowledge with the professional services in the construction industry and in Residential Block Management.
In 2003 Brian’s son William Miles MARLA joined MPM to develop the Residential Letting, Commercial Letting and Property Management section of the company.
The business is mainly web based which in this progressive age we believe is the future for this professional service. We will have no large overheads due to expensive branches, which we feel is an obsolete concept, this will allow us to give you very competitive rates and allow you access to us 24 hours every day through this website.

Residential and Commercial Lettings
MPM are currently expanding their residential managed portfolio. Our experienced valuers can give you a free market appraisal, give general advice on works or improvements needed to achieve the best rental level, discuss which management option may be best suited to you, whether you should let furnished or unfurnished, what you and your tenant are responsible for and advise on current legislation.
Residential and Commercial Block Management
MPM have conducted long lease management for over 25 years and have experience in managing blocks of flats, both large and small, within the terms of conditions laid down by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Compliance with the latest national legislation and regulations is regularly updated and seminars are attended by our staff.

Our newly formed sales division is web based with local press advertising depending on where the property is situated and all properties are marketed on Rightmove in addition to our own website. Our agents have experience in valuation, negotiation and sales through to completion. We are seeking instruction through out East Sussex.
